Today Cantina di Custoza claims over 200 winegrowers, has over 1000 hectares of grape cultivation and sells no less than 7 million bottles on average year. Vineyards are on the hills or foothills, exposed to the south and located south west of Lake Garda. Terrains are glacial moraines made primarily of limestone, gravel and sand and the climate is mild. Cantina di Custoza product line includes: The Classics, Val dei Molini, Sparkling wines, Biologic Line and Custodia Selection.
Petalo Rosa Frizzante (or ‘Fizzy rose petal’) is a delicate fizzy rosé wine produced with 100% Corvina grapes cultivated at vineyards of Bardolino, Lazise, San Giorgio in Salici and Salionze.
Slightly floral with notes of red wild berries the wine makes great pairing with appetizers, salads and grilled fish. Great companion for hot summer days and nights when served at 8-10ºC.
