Fresh coconut, zesty lime, citrus notes of lemon and orange, tropical mango and papaya, combined with vanilla, almond, sweet oak, and hints of nutmeg and cinnamon.
Palate
Sweet lime, lemon and vanilla sponge cake with coconut flakes, icing sugar, coconut milk, sweet oak and dried tropical fruits.
Finish
An explosion of coconut and floral honey.

The Macallan Harmony Collection: Inspired by Fresh Coconut was created as an interpretation of the distinctive aroma of fresh coconut. This exceptional single malt whisky opens with notes of coconut, accompanied by hints of zesty lime peel and creamy coconut milk. On the palate, sweet oak intertwines with tropical fruit notes, creating a rich and multi-layered flavour profile.

At the heart of this distinctive character lies the craftsmanship of The Macallan’s Whisky Makers and their mastery of the maturation process. The use of first-fill American oak casks seasoned with Sherry and Bourbon brings out the whisky’s creamy, sweet and distinctly tropical character.
