Product description
Bottega is an Italian family legend whose roots date back to 1920, when Domenico Bottega – a passionate oenologist and master of winemaking – founded a small winery. Over time, his vision outgrew the local business, transforming the brand into a global symbol of grappa, prosecco and liqueurs, which today delight connoisseurs from Europe to Asia. The key to their uniqueness is the fruit distillates based on carefully selected grappa – a combination of tradition and innovation. It is they that give the liqueurs an intense depth, velvety sweetness and aromatic finesse, making them recognizable among the most demanding gourmets on the globe.
Limoncino Bottega Liqueur is a traditional Italian liqueur "limoncello", dating back to the late 19th century. It is made from the infusion of the "Feminello" lemon peel. It is a very common variety in Italy. It is characterized by a peel with a fine grain and high quality essential oils. The lemons are grown naturally and picked at full ripeness, then washed and peeled by hand. The lemon peels are extracted in an alcohol marinade for about 30 days. The liquid is then separated from the peel. After adding sugar and high quality grappa, a unique and unrepeatable Limoncino is created. Ideal for cocktails, desserts or as a digestif.
