Martin Miller's Gin Westbourne Strength / 45.2% / 0.7l
Product description
Martin Miller's Westbourne Strength is a stronger version of the gin distilled at the Langley distillery in the Black Country.
It is produced using traditional methods in an old copper still affectionately known as the Angela. The gin is distilled in two batches. The citrus components are distilled separately to give the gin a more citrusy aroma. After distillation, the products are combined and made the long journey to Iceland, where the gin is diluted with spring water to 45.2%. Martin Miller uses 10 ingredients to create his gin: juniper, coriander, angelica root, orange peel, orris root, cinnamon, cinnamon bark, ground nutmeg, liquorice and one secret ingredient, which is believed to be fresh cucumber.
