Product description
Taittinger Prestige Rosé is distinguished by its intense, brilliant shade of pink, the secret of which lies in the unique production method – blending, considered a more complex and expensive process. 15% of still red wine from the best Pinot Noir Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys varieties is added to the final blend, which gives the champagne a unique color and lively intensity on the palate. The composition is completed by 30% Chardonnay, which introduces elegance and delicacy, which are the foundation of the characteristic style of the Taittinger house.
Taittinger Prestige Rosé has a light pink colour with fine, pearly bubbles and a persistent effervescent head. The nose is full, expressive bouquet with dominant notes of freshly crushed wild raspberries, cherries, blackcurrant and subtle floral accents. On the palate, a perfect balance between velvety texture and full fruit depth. The flavours of expressive red fruits dominate, supported by freshness and mineral finesse. It can be described in four words: lively, fruity, fresh and elegant - characteristics of the best rosé blends. Taittinger Prestige Rosé can be enjoyed both early and at the end of the evening. Served at 8-10°C as an aperitif, it is also a subtle addition to fruit desserts, including fruit tart, fruit salad and red fruit crumble.
Taittinger is a legendary French champagne house whose roots date back to 1734, when Jacques Fourneaux initiated wine production in the Champagne region. Since 1932, the brand has been in the hands of the Taittinger family, who have devotedly continued their centuries-old tradition of creating champagnes of the highest class. Production is based on manual work and classic methods, guaranteeing precision and excellent quality. The champagnes mature in underground chalk crypts in Reims – remains of Roman quarries. For decades, Taittinger has combined innovation with respect for history, remaining one of the few champagne houses continuously managed by the same family.
