Spirited Union's mission is to combine excellent quality rums with the highest quality botanicals. The distillery operating there conducts bold experiments in distilling rum with the use of botanicals, such as coconuts, pineapples, eucalyptus and citrus. The result is previously unseen combinations of aromas and flavors.

Spirited Union Queen Pineapple & Spice is a Panamanian rum infused with juice from Queen pineapples, smaller and sweeter than regular pineapples, as well as Chinese cinnamon wood, a blend of sweet spices and a touch of cinnamon. In the bouquet of the rum we will find accents of pineapple, cinnamon, cloves, molasses, vanilla and caramel.
