Product description
Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 is a dry white vintage champagne made exclusively from grapes from a single vintage. In the case of lesser vintages, it is not produced at all. The 2015 vintage was considered exceptional and was produced due to the cool spring and hot, dry summer, which provided the grapes with optimal ripeness and aromaticity.
Composed of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, which give a unique creaminess and freshness. A masterful composition by Richard Geoffroy, the then cellar master, who combined base wines from different terroirs, maintaining balance. It should be served at a temperature of 8-10°C, ideal as an aperitif, with seafood, caviar, lamb and baked salmon.
Dom Pérignon belongs to the LVMH group - Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy. The name comes from Dom Pierre Pérignon, a Benedictine monk who in 1668 took over as the administrator of the Hautvillers Abbey. Although he did not invent champagne itself, he improved the techniques of vinification, striving to create "the best wine in the world". Dom Pérignon champagnes have been featured at many celebrations, auctions and have had many collaborations with various artists.
