Malaga Cruz / 15% / 0.75l
The most famous sweet wine from Spain, made from Pedro Ximénez and Muscat de Alexandria varieties. The grapes are dried before vinification. It is full and aromatic on the nose, developing notes of dried fruit, with a predominance of raisins and a bit of honey accents. On the palate it is smooth and full, perfectly combining fruit flavors with a distinct texture and delicate acidity. The finish is long and pleasant, with nuances of walnuts and biscuits.
It tastes best served at a temperature of 8-10 degrees. It is a good choice at the end of a meal instead of dessert, although it will go down just as well with sweets prepared with a large addition of fruit, as well as soft cheeses with nuts.
