Product description
Martell Chanteloup XXO is named after the historic Château de Chanteloup, located near the town of Cognac, home of Maison Martell. This cognac, blended by cellar master Christophe Valtaud, is the ultimate achievement in the art of blending.
In his creation, the master used 450 eaux-de-vie from four so-called cognac crus – Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies and Fins Bois. The components were aged from 14 to 80 years, the oldest cognac from 1941. Maison Martell, established in 1715, is the oldest of the so-called “Big Four Cognac Houses”. In 2021, Martell recorded sales of 2.6 million cases, which gave it the second position in the statistics of the most popular cognacs, behind Hennessy.
