Product description
Glenfarclas Distillery was built in 1836 by Robert Hay and has belonged to the Grant family since 1865, with the sixth generation running the family business.
Glenfarclas boasts the largest stills in Speyside (29,600 litres of wash stills and 25,000 litres of spirit stills), and its annual production reaches 3.4 million litres of distillate. The vast majority of them are matured in sherry casks (Glenfarclas does not use first-fill bourbon casks). The distillery's commercial offer is extremely diverse, and the brand's fans are considered to be extremely loyal to it. In 2021, 2.5 million bottles of Glenfarclas were sold. The 9-year-old presented here hit the market in May 2022 and is a great introduction to discovering the magic of this single malt.
