Product description
The Single Cask Ltd. was founded in 2010 by Ben Curtis (initially operating as Malt Vault Company).
With offices in London and Singapore, it also has a bar and retail store, and offers only single cask whiskies, bottled naturally, at cask strength and without chill filtration. The Isle of Jura featured here, distilled on February 11, 1992, was aged in a No. 829 bourbon barrel for almost three decades and bottled on August 17, 2021, in an edition of 145 bottles. Based on the island it shares its name with, the Jura Distillery has a capacity of 2.4 million liters of distillate per year, with two pairs of stills (which were replaced in the summer of 2021).
