Product description
M&H Distillery (originally Milk & Honey) is the first Israeli whiskey producer.
It was established in 2013 in Tel Aviv and although it can produce 800 thousand distillate per year, it uses about 25% of its potential. After the success of M&H Classic, master distiller Tom Goren proposed the Elements series, consisting of three whiskies: Red Wine Cask, Sherry Cask and Peated. It debuted at the end of 2020 and was immediately included in the basic offer. Elements Red Wine Cask was aged for at least three years mainly in bourbon barrels and Israeli red wine barrels and bottled without cold filtration at 46% abv. The warm climate of Israel (temperature from 16 to 40ºC) undoubtedly speeds up the maturation process, but also increases the so-called "angel's share" by up to several percent per year.
