Product description
Félix Solís, a company founded in 1952 by Félix Solís Fernandez and his wife Leonor Yánez, remains in the family's hands to this day. It owns vineyards and wineries in two of the most important regions of Spain - Valdepeñas and La Mancha - and is famous for producing very high quality table wines. The company's motto is to blend classic varieties to suit the tastes of the modern consumer. The family wineries are among the largest in the world and use the centuries-old traditions of the regions in their production. These modern centers produce young wines based on both local varieties and those grown in different parts of the world.
Mucho Más Bianco, a great white wine, is made from the Vardejo, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 20 to 25 days at a temperature not exceeding 15ºC. After the vinification process is complete, the wine remains on the lees for another 2 to 3 months to extract additional flavor elements. Mucho Más Bianco has won numerous awards, including gold medals at the prestigious Berlin Wine Trophy (2019) and Vienna AWC (2020).
The wine has a straw color with a delicate greenish hue, as subtle as the complex aromatic bouquet, apples, peaches, apricots and a delicate citrus and smoke note. In taste, stronger notes of tropical fruits and vanilla balanced by moderate acidity. We recommend it as an aperitif, as well as with pasta, grilled fish, smoked hams and cheeses. We serve at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC.
