Product description
One of the most famous and exclusive champagne brands in the world. The idea of creating the Armand de Brignac brand came from the Cattier family – producing champagne since 1763. The first bottles left the vineyard in 2006. In addition to the quality of the wine itself, this champagne is distinguished by its unique bottle design – each is made by hand, then metalized and decorated with elements from French tin. There are 5 lines of this champagne available on the market, starting from brut, through rose, demi-sec, and ending with varieties produced from only one grape variety – Blanc de Blanc and Blanc de Noir. 3 grape varieties are always used for the blend – Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, and the production process is supervised by only 8 people, somehow assigned to this project.
The grapes come from the best plots in Montagne de Reims, which have been in the Cattier family for generations. The fame of this champagne began even before its official sale, when it “starred” in a music video by Jay-Z, who then became the owner of the brand. The details of the transaction are not fully known, so it is not entirely clear whether the Cattier family sold all of its shares. It is called the “Ace of Spades” because of its logo – the ace of spades.
Armand de Brignac Blanc de Blancs Silver is a line of exceptional champagne made exclusively from the Chardonnay variety – thanks to this it is light and fresh, with charming delicacy it opens in the nose with aromas of citrus, dried apricots and a bit of vanilla, emphasizing the previously mentioned notes. On the palate it is delicate, with a very clear, pearly effervescence and a balance of fruit flavors and delicate acidity. The finish is long and harmonious, with lasting accents of yellow fruits.
The unique, unrepeatable bottle is worthy of attention, making it clear that we are dealing with a top quality product. It is packed in a wooden, high-gloss lacquered case. Perfect as an aperitif, served chilled at 10-12 degrees.
