Product description
Connoisseurs Choice is one of the oldest whisky series in the Gordon & MacPhail portfolio, debuting in the mid-1960s.
At a time when most Scottish malt distilleries were producing for blenders, never even considering promoting their whiskies as single malts. Today, over half a century later, Connoisseurs Choice is still a successful competitor in the single malt market and has its devoted fans. The Aberfeldy featured here, distilled in 1977 when the distillery operated as part of DCL, was aged primarily in American oak barrels for around 17 years.
