Product description
Murray McDavid was founded in 1996 by Mark Reynier, Simon Coughlin and Gordon Wright.
In 2000, she acquired Bruichladdich Distillery and built it into a 21st-century icon. However, relations between the partners soured; in 2012, Bruichladdich was sold to Rèmy Cointreau, and a year later, Aceo Ltd acquired the Murray McDavid line. This Bunnahabhain 21 years old, distilled in 1997, was aged in a hogshead barrel before being transferred to a wine cask from Pomerol (Bordeaux). Bottled in 2019 at 54.7% abv in the Mission Gold series.
