A unique rum from the super premium category, made to commemorate over 80 years’ tradition of rum making on the tiny island of Saint Lucia in the Caribbean Lesser Antilles.
It is manufactured in the boutique St. Lucia Distillers, situated in the beautiful and fertile valley of Roseau in Saint Lucia. It is a blend of spirits from a Coffey still and three copper pot stills. It was made from molasses in 90% and from fresh sugar cane juice in 10%. The fresh sugar cane juice was fermented with natural yeast and distilled in the company’s unique John Dore Pot Still. The rum matured mainly in American white oak barrels, with a proportion maturing in ex-port pipes. The spirits making up the rum spent from seven to twelve years in the casks.

Palate: Rich and deep. Notes of sultanas, crème caramel, buttery oak. Subtle notes of fresh sugar cane juice.
