- Subtle sweetness encapsulated in the glass, 4 years in chalk walls yielded harmonious sweetness and a hint of minerality.
Product description
Taittinger Demi Sec Champagne is an exclusive sparkling wine from the famous Taittinger champagne house, which has been combining tradition with the highest quality since 1734. Classified as Demi Sec, it delights with a distinct but harmonious sweetness and perfectly balanced freshness. Chardonnay dominates the blend, giving elegance and citrus vitality, complemented by structural Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It matures on yeast for 3-4 years, which shapes its creamy texture and notes of bread and ripe fruit. Served at a temperature of 7-9°C, it goes great with desserts: from intensely chocolate tartlets to aromatic warm madeleines. This is a proposition for those who appreciate sweeter champagnes - it combines the richness of honey and fruit accents with a fine, mineral structure.
