Product description
Tomatin Legacy debuted in 2013 and is a great introduction to the distillery's rich offering. This whisky emphasizes the bond between the distillery and the local residents.
Tomatin Distillery was founded in 1897 in a village of the same name, which was previously a few scattered farms. The construction of the distillery brought much-needed jobs, as well as the need to build housing for the distillery workers. Tomatin Legacy is a young whisky, a marriage of spirits aged in "virgin oak" and bourbon barrels from the Maker's Mark distillery. For some reason unknown to us, this whisky is sold in the US as Dualchas (Gaelic for "heritage").
