Tullamore DEW is a legendary brand of Irish whiskey. It is produced by triple distillation at the Midleton distillery, located in the south of Ireland, near Cork.

The second part of the name, "DEW," is the initials of the Tullamore Dew distillery's general manager, Daniel E. Williams, who worked at the distillery in the 19th century. It is composed of pot still malt distillates and grain distillates. Tullamore DEW Classic is aged about 4 years in bourbon barrels and sherry casks to enhance its flavor.
