Track your package

Proxy for receipt of goods is a courier company that is authorized to pick up and deliver goods to your homes. By law, we are required to specify the company receiving and delivering the goods as a proxy. Our proxy is GC Logistics, whose executive partner is UPS. (United Parcel Service, Inc.)

If you place an order by 11 a.m., the package will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. will be shipped on the next business day. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, please note that it will not be processed until Monday.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer you the opportunity to pick up in person at our locations due to logistical reasons.
We are making every effort and constantly introducing new system automations that may allow us to offer this capability in the future

To track the status of your shipment, simply enter the received waybill number into the corresponding box Your Shipment Number. After entering the package number and approving the operation, you will be redirected to the UPS courier company website, where you will be able to track your package.

The waybill number will be emailed to you directly by UPS on the day you place your order (applies to orders placed before 11am) or on the next business day (applies to orders placed after 11am)

To check the status of your order, simply enter the order number you received into the corresponding box Your Order Number, located at the top of the contact page of the House of Whisky Online store.

Your order number will be emailed to you by the House of Whisky Online Store immediately after you place your order on our store's website.
