Suntory Toki, the work of Suntory master buyer Shinji Fukuyo, debuted in 2016.

It is a blended whisky put together from three components from the distilleries' own Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. "Toki" translates from Japanese to "time," and the whisky itself is a cross between tradition and innovation. While most Suntory blends are built around Yamazaki, the mainstays of Toki are the single malt Hakushu aged in American oak barrels and the grain whisky Chita. The whole is completed by Yamazaki aged in American and European oak barrels. Toki is a young blend showing a great balance between malt and grain whisky, excellent for serving neat as well as with a few ice cubes.
