JAMESON COOPER'S CROZE

Whiskey inspired by the nuances of the cooper's work. Croze (wątor in Polish) is the name of a part of the barrel - a depression in the staves, into which the edge of the bottom fits. Head Cooper - Ger Buckley is already a representative of the fifth generation of coopers and knows all about barrels, especially how they can enrich whiskey. Drawing on the knowledge of generations, he obtained a whiskey with the perfect combination of floral and spicy notes.

subtle, floral petals, ripe fruits, burnt oak and cedar wood

TASTE

a note of sweet vanilla from American bourbon barrels, combined with the richness of fruit typical of oloroso sherry barrels, a touch of hazelnut and toasted wood are complemented by spices
