Butelkowana bez sztucznych barwników oraz filtrowana bez chłodzenia.

Glenfiddich 40-Year-Old Cumulative Time, The Time Re:Imagined Series / 44.6%


Glenfiddich's luxurious three-part The Time Re;Imagined series was released in the summer of 2022.

Its message is the time factor in whisky production. To quote Brian Kinsman: "both mother-nature and time have a tremendous impact on a whisky's final profile...Glenfiddich's Time Re:Imagined highlights the contribution of these two elements to the distillate's magical transformation into a heavenly elixir.". Cumulative Time determines Glenfiddich 40 years old. This whisky is made through a process known as "remnant vatting," in which a master blender leaves a small batch of whisky used in an edition, then mixes it with the contents of barrels destined for the next batch. The beverage is presented in a crystal decanter resting in an artistic ashmonite case. (Official tasting note.)

Aroma

rich and complex, layers of dried fruits, dark chocolate, freshly roasted coffee and black cherries. The second wave carries a gentle blast of smoke, notes of polished leather and clove.

TASTE

silky soft and rich, inspired by the memory of past editions. To start with, lots of dried fruit, Christmas fruitcake, dates, raisins and stewed apples; after a while, subtle oak bitterness, dark chocolate and a trace of peat.

COLOR

unusually long and rich, memorable for eternity.

Balblair 18YO is a strongly autumnal, rich, evening offering from Balblair Distillery. Developed and fortified to the heights, at the same time it maintains an excellent balance strictly with the bright and fruity character of the distillery. This generous Balblair expression is in a class of its own, a mastery of traditional distillation and the most patient, skilled maturation. Edition aged for 18 years in American oak bourbon and Spanish oak first-fill sherry wine barrels. Bottling is done without color additives and without cold filtration.

Aroma

distinct notes of sherry, toffee, pear, dried plums and chocolate. You can also smell vanilla and leather scent.

TASTE

pleasantly balanced, honey, toffee, vanilla cream, notes of cocoa, pepper and oak. Long finish, with notes of raisins, caramel, oak and a hint of spice.
