The essence of our gin is rowan - from the Gaelic "Caorunn" (read. caruncle). Handcrafted and distilled in small batches, Scottish gin enriched with five wild local Celtic botanicals: rowan, dandelion, heather, European waxwort and Coul Blush apples. Each of the five Celtic ingredients grows on the distillery grounds or within a 10-minute walk. Under EU regulation, Caorunn is classified as "London Gin". The variety includes only premium gin of the highest quality. All Caorunn gin flavors are derived from plant-based ingredients - no sugar or artificial flavors are added.
