Aberfeldy 12

Aberfeldy 12 / 40%

Located in a valley in the foothills of the Central Higlands, Aberfeldy is a bastion of traditional Single Malt whisky production. Its origins date back to the late nineteenth century, using gold-rich water from the Pitilie Burn spring. Aberfeldy is characterized by a longer fermentation and distillation in copper alembics, followed by maturation to perfection in carefully selected oak barrels, which contributes to the subtle honey notes in our whisky.
