Product description
Cutty Sark Blend debuted in 1923 and was part of the Berry Bros. & Rudd portfolio until 2010.
The Edrington Group, which supplied the whisky for its blending, is its current owner and has significantly enhanced its offering in recent years. Tam O'Shanter 25 years old celebrated Burns Night in 2012, an annual celebration dedicated to Scotland's greatest poet. The whisky commemorates the poem "Tam O'Shanter", in which the protagonist, returning home after a hard night in the pub, experiences painful visions haunted by ghosts and apparitions. The whisky is presented in a solid wooden box, which, like the bottle, is decorated with the aforementioned ghosts. The edition consisted of 5,000 bottles and was awarded a silver medal at the International Wine & Spirits Competition in 2013.
