Product description
Old Williamsburg is a straight bourbon produced in Kentucky (most likely at Heaven Hill Distillery), bottled by Old Williamsburg Product of Minnesota and distributed by Royal Liquors Company of New Jersey.
The name of the drink refers to one of the current Brooklyn neighborhoods (the label shows the Brooklyn Bridge), which was an independent administrative unit until 1855. A large part of Williamsburg's residents are of Jewish origin. Old Williamsburg is a kosher bourbon, but we cannot say whether its kosherness is a result of the rigors of production or the blessing of a rabbi.
Aroma: vanilla, brown sugar, maple syrup, roasted peanuts, a touch of cinnamon and white pepper, notes of hay and oak.
Taste : uncomplicated yet pleasant, vanilla, caramel, sugared peanuts, baked apples, notes of allspice, cinnamon and oak.
The finish is not too long, with notes of burnt sugar, vanilla pudding, candy, a bit of spice and oak.
