Product description
Daddy Rack Tennessee Whiskey is the creation of J. Arthur Rackham, a man with 40 years of experience in the alcoholic beverages market (the name Daddy Rack was given to him by his eldest daughter, Grace).
Born in West London, Rackham began his career in 1968 at the renowned Maison Camus, and later worked as an advisor to distributors of cognacs, armagnacs and calvados, and also developed the formulas for several gins. Daddy Rack is distilled in Columbia, Tennessee, from a mash of corn (80%), rye (10%) and malted barley (10%), and aged in charred American oak barrels for three years. The whisky is charcoal mellowed twice and bottled in small batches, no more than 20 barrels per release.
