For over two centuries, Mauritius has been famous for having the best combination of natural conditions for growing sugar cane.

Arcane rums, based on fresh cane juice, are the best proof that the local harmony of climate, terrain and soil quality is close to ideal. Delicatissime is a young dry rum, matured in oak barrels for 18 months. This allows the aromas of fresh cane to be preserved, enriched only slightly by the influence of oak. The spicy accents that characterize it are typical of rums produced in Mauritius.

Aroma : Spicy and herbal accents, with delicate notes of vanilla.

Taste: Extremely delicate herbal and fruity taste, with peppery accents and a delicate finish with a suggestion of vanilla.
