Pendleton 12 year old 1910 Canadian Whiskey / 40% / 0.75l
- The Pendleton brand was introduced in 2003 by Hood River Distillers, Oregon’s oldest spirits company.
Product description
Pendleton Whiskey debuted in 2003 as a offering from Hood River Distillers in Oregon.
The company sponsors several rodeos, and the name 1910 commemorates the year the local Pendleton Round-up, now one of the top ten rodeos in the world, was first held. The whiskey used in this edition comes from the Alberta Distillery in Calgary. It is distilled from 100 percent rye and after 12 years of maturing in charred American white oak barrels, it is transported to Oregon and diluted with mountain spring water. In November 2010, Pendleton whiskey was named the official spirit of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, an organization of professional cowboys.
