Founded at the beginning of this century, Mezcal Beneva is located in the central valley in the Mexican state of Oaxaca. Since its inception, the company has strived to use modern technology to maintain the quality of the drink produced there and not to lose the spirit of true mezcal. It is produced using 100% agave and matured in American oak barrels. Each bottle of Beneva Reposado with Maguey Worm mezcal contains a worm that lives in the agave from which the mezcal is made. The distillery also produces Joven, Añejo and Extra Añejo versions.
