Product description

This is a blended malt whisky created by Signatory based in Pitlochry.

The whisky is a composition of malt distillates. Its recipe is based on distillates from the island of Islay. The blend is complemented by several distillates from the Highlands. The whisky matured in traditional oak barrels of the Hogshead size. The whisky label is decorated with a beautiful and plump pig.

Nose : complex with notes of burnt oak, mango, apple, passion fruit, oak, coffee, dark chocolate and peat smoke

Taste : sweet and smoky with notes of licorice, salted caramel, hay, oak, coffee and tropical fruits

Finish:  medium long and slightly smoky with notes of leaves and cut grass.
