Product description

Olmeca, one of the more popular tequila brands, is produced at the Pernod Ricard Mexico distillery in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico. The tequila produced there is made from blue agave and distilled in traditional copper pot stills. The Altos Plata edition is made from 100% blue agave and is bottled directly after distillation, bypassing the maturation in oak barrels. It is cold filtered before bottling.

Aroma : Roasted agave, black pepper, citrus, earthy notes.

Taste: Agave, citrus, black pepper, herbal, grassy notes, fruit.

Finish: Medium long, mineral.
