Martini & Rossi is part of the Italian multinational spirits company Bacardi limited - currently the largest privately owned spirits company in the world.

Martini & Rossi was founded in Turin in 1863 and is best known for producing Martini Vermouth and Martini Asti and Martini Prosecco sparkling wines. Martini & Rossi also owns the French brand Noilly Prat, among others.

Martini Bianco is a sweet vermouth produced since 1910 in Italy. In the past, this wine was known as bianchissimo (whitest). The recipe for Martini Bianco is still a closely guarded company secret. What we do know is that it is made from filtered white wine enriched with various botanicals, including vanilla flowers, spices, herbs, citrus peel and bark. Martini Bianco is a very popular aperitif. It is also an ingredient in many cocktails.

Taste : apples baked with ginger and cinnamon, lemon, delicate notes of honey and vanilla.
