Old Tom is an American gin produced in Oregon. It is distilled in the Ransom craft distillery, which specializes in the production of various spirits.

Old Tom is a gin made in small batches. The distillation batch is a mixture of malted barley wort and herbs and plants macerated in corn alcohol. The final distillation is carried out in a copper still. The finished gin matures for three to six months in wine barrels, gaining a unique bouquet. Each batch and bottle number are described on the label.
