Another Aberlour whisky from years ago, bottled in the 1980s for the Italian market.

The distillates used in this edition come from traditional oak barrels and butt sherry casks . These days, such "antiques" surface less and less often and attract the attention of collectors.

Aroma: creamy with a hint of sherry, ripe fruit from grandma's orchard, traces of walnuts and slightly burnt oak.

Taste: sweet and spicy, ginger, plums, apples, a bit of chocolate and young oak.

Finish: mild with hints of heather honey and nuts.
