Product description
Broker's is a gin produced in an old 200 year old distillery located near Birmingham. The gin was created in the late 1990s by brothers Martin and Andy Dawson.
Gin is a historical English drink, which is why producers placed a bowler hat, an attribute of an English gentleman, on the bottle cap. Broker's is produced from four times distilled wheat spirit. Such spirit is placed in a copper alembic where herbs and plants are added: juniper berries, coriander seeds, orris root, nutmeg, cinnamon bark, cinnamon, licorice, orange peel, lemon peel and angelica. After 24 hours of maceration, the spirit is distilled for the fifth time, which results in a unique and aromatic gin.
