Bottle no.5410
An extremely rare, limited edition of Bladnoch (6,000 bottles), part of the very prestigious Rare Malts series .
The whisky was distilled in 1977, when the distillery belonged to the Inver House company, and bottled in 2001, after 23 years of maturation. Between 1977 and 2001, Bladnoch Distillery changed owners four times, successively Inver House, Arthur Bell, United Distillers and Raymond Armstrong (the latter was forced to close by a court decision). Whiskies bottled in the Rare Malts series are today among the most sought after by collectors.
