SirDavis is an American whiskey created by Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, in collaboration with Moët Hennessy and Dr.. Bill Lumsden. Its recipe is based on 51% rye and 49% malted barley. The whiskey is first aged in new American oak barrels and then finished for about nine months in barrels that previously held sweet Pedro Ximénez sherry.
The aroma features Seville oranges, raisins, cloves, cinnamon, and ginger, balanced by the sweetness of Demerara sugar and toffee. The flavor is rich and creamy—buttery toffee blends with bold rye spices, malt and sponge cake notes, and a fresh hint of citrus.
The finish remains smooth and long, with honey, sultanas, and ripe cherries. The 44% ABV preserves the intensity of the spices and fruit while highlighting the smooth character of the whiskey.
