Kilchoman Loch Gorm 10-Year-Old (2026 Release) Sherry Cask Matured /46%/ 0.7 L

Kilchoman Loch Gorm 2026 is a limited-edition, A 10-year-old single malt from Islay, Aged throughout the entire process in Oloroso sherry casks from Bodega José y Miguel Martín. A total of 23 barrels were selected for this release, of which as many as 20 of them were first-fill barrels, and three second-fill casks—a blend that combines the intense influence of sherry with the distillery’s distinctive style.

The aroma features dried red fruits, roasted nuts, and intense peat smoke. On the palate, the sweetness of candied orange and tropical fruits gives way to salted caramel, prunes, cinnamon, and nutmeg, all bound together by a rich, well-integrated smokiness.

The finish is long and distinct – spices, dark chocolate, and licorice are surrounded by the smell of peat smoke. This is a whiskey in which the sherry does not mask the character of Islay, but rather adds extra depth, fruitiness, and a chocolatey, spicy intensity.

The name itself Gorm's Dungeon It is named after the largest freshwater lake on Islay, located near the distillery. Its dark, peaty waters served as the inspiration for one of Kilchoman's most iconic series.
