History of the distillery
The history of Woodford Reserve Distillery begins in 1812: it is the birthplace of bourbon.The reputation of this distillery is based on heritage and fidelity to traditional recipes and methods.
It was there that James Crow perfected the "Sour Mash" process in 1838, which is still used today in the production of Burbon.
In 1995, Woodford Reserve Distillery was officially listed by the US government and on the National Register of Historic Places.Five years later - in 2000 - it was recognized as a National Historic Landmark.

60 ml Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey
20 ml of sweet vermouth
3 dashe Angostura® bitters
Candied cherry
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Pour the ingredients into a bar glass, add ice and stir gently for 10-15 seconds.
Drain and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
