Château Cazebonne is an estate in Graves, managed by Jean-Baptiste Duquesne in collaboration with winemaker David Poutays, which is deeply committed to organic and biodynamic farming and to the revival of old grape varieties.Entre Amis 2019 Wine is a project focused on expressing the terroir and freshness—it was aged for 11 months in lightly toasted 500-liter barrels to highlight the fruitiness without the oak becoming dominant.
Appearance: deep purple color with subtle navy blue highlights, clear.
Aroma: fresh red and dark fruits (black currant, cherry), earthy notes, hints of herbs and minerality.
Taste: medium-bodied, silky tannins, lively acidity, fruit at the center with subtle terroir notes; an elegant and lingering finish.
Food pairings: roasted meat dishes (beef, lamb), game, grilled dishes, medium-aged cheeses, such as Manchego or Tome.
