Trebbiano Spoletino is one of Umbria’s most fascinating indigenous white wines, with historical roots yet a modern character.At Scacciadiavoli, the wine is aged in amphorae and uncharred oak barrels, which brings out its minerality and rich aromas.The 2023 vintage showcases the grape variety's exceptional character, combining freshness with aging potential.
Appearance: straw-yellow with greenish highlights, bright and lively.
Aroma: intense and complex—notes of spices (paprika, turmeric, white pepper), medicinal herbs, chamomile, and citrus fruits, as well as hints of dried and candied fruits.
