The history of the Finlandia brand

It all started in 1888. A spring with water was discovered in Rajamäki, which turned out to be a treasure. Perfectly filtered through a glacial moraine, it was a work of nature from ten thousand years ago. A distillery was established at the spring, and eighty years later the Finlandia Vodka brand was born. The recipe, unchanged for years, places it in first place among top premium vodkas. Today, it is one of the most popular brands, ensuring a delicate taste and the highest quality of alcohol thanks to the use of crystal clear water from a glacial spring, the best barley and fruit.

We do our utmost to minimize the negative impact on the environment. Our distillery is ISO 14001 certified, which proves the standards of environmental management in the context of ecology. By-products of the production process are used in many areas: from animal feed to paper production, thanks to which the recycling and recovery rate of waste is 99.9%. We also protect as much as 3,000 acres of land around the source of our crystal clear glacial water.

MIDNIGHT SUN

INGREDIENTS:

• 40 ml Finlandia Cranberry Vodka
• 120 ml pink tonic
• ice
• a few drops of lemon juice
• mint and lemon peel for decoration

PREPARATION:

• Fill the glass with ice
• Pour 40 ml Finlandia Cranberry Vodka
• Top up with pink tonic and add lemon juice, stir
• Garnish the glass with a sprig of mint and a twist of lemon peel.
