It contains 40% fewer calories than the traditional Fever-Tree tonic, thanks to replacing part of the cane sugar with natural sweeteners, such as stevia extract, while maintaining a pleasant sweetness. As in other products of the brand, quinine is obtained from the bark of the quinine tree, traditionally grown in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda. Enriched with oils of bitter orange and lemon, which add freshness and gently balance the bitterness of quinine.
