Bottega Millesimato Spumante Brut is a dry, vintage sparkling wine obtained thanks to a specific enological technique, from which the appropriate degree of pearliness is obtained. It is characterized by a pleasant aroma of apples and exotic fruits. Obtained from a blend of Glera, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco varieties grown in the Veneto region, where the mild climate and favorable exposure to the sun cause drying of the limestone clay soils, which contributes to maintaining balanced acidity. Thanks to the variety of grapevines, fruit and floral aromas are noticeable in the wine. Served at a temperature of 6-8 ° C, it goes well with seafood, light salads, sushi and as an aperitif.
