Rapaura Springs Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is a high-quality dry white wine from the Marlborough region of New Zealand. It has a fresh and lively flavour profile, with clear notes of passion fruit, tropical fruit and citrus. Juicy flavours and a clear acidity provide a delicious finish. Rapaura Springs Marlborough Sauvignon is produced by the family business Rapaura Springs on the Wairau River, where most of the work is done by hand, with an exceptional attention to quality and care for the environment. The grapes are hand-picked at full ripeness, ensuring purity of fruit and concentration of flavours, during fermentation there is minimal contact of the skins with the must. The wines are aged in steel vats. The recommended serving temperature is 8-10°C, ideal with fresh salads, fish and chips and seafood.

Rapaura Springs is a family-owned winery in the Marlborough region, known for producing intense and fresh Sauvignon Blancs. Their wines are created based on a unique terroir: alluvial soils, the influence of the oceanic climate and water filtered through the rocks of the Southern Alps, which reaches the vineyard after six months. For its extraordinary quality, in 2015 the wine was awarded the title of Best Sauvignon Blanc Wine in the World, and Rapaura Springs the title of Best Winemaker in New Zealand.
