Wiebers began his career in 1999 and soon established a reputation as a great whisky selector and publisher. His portfolio includes several series, including Whisky Castle (discontinued in 2013), Old Train Line, Prenzlow Portfolio Collecton, Great Ocean Liners and Wanted (the latter reserved for Bowmore single malt). The Tullibardine presented here, distilled in 2014, spent seven years in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask no. 4003. Bottled at 49.9% abv, natural colour and unchill-filtered in 2022 as part of the Great Ocean Liners series, in an edition of just 120 bottles.

Taste: caramel, Christmas cake, raisins, hazelnuts, blackberries, milk chocolate, mocha, notes of vanilla and cinnamon.

Finish: medium long, with notes of milk chocolate, dark berries, brown sugar, sherry and oak.
