Product description
FEW Spirits was founded in 2011 by Paul Hletko, a lawyer by profession specializing in patent law.
This micro-distillery is located in Evanston (a suburb of Chicago), Illinois. Evanston is the headquarters of the Women's Christian Temperance Union and was a place of prohibition from 1855 to 1972. Ironically, the distillery's name uses the initials of Frances Elizabeth Wilard, the former president of the organization that moved its headquarters to Evanston. FEW Cold Cut is the company's latest offering. Distilled from a mash of 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% malted barley, the bourbon is then aged and diluted to 46.5% abv not with water but with cold coffee. Hletko recommends using his creation in a Manhattan cocktail.
